必須請ｔａｘ　ｌａｗｙｅｒ　嗎，　如果我決定　ｆｉｌｅ　ａ　ｐｅｔｉｔｉｏｎ.　

另外，　是否交$１９００　比上ｔａｘ　ｃｏｕｒｔ　要費用低？　有什麽後果？
