Based on my understanding, you might not file to the Court (you have no the case number right?). If both of you could not reach agreement, you need to file to the court and court will assign a hearing date for you. On that day, the Judge may make some decisions for you.
Please note always keep your child with you before the court day, you should have the right to ask your wife to pay you the Child Support if she has a job.
