LZ是part-time exempt

LZ的所謂deduction，是他自己設想從40小時應得工資的deduct，而不是從他的35小時的salary裏麵deduct。他的邏輯是，根據他40－5小時給他40－5小時的工資。這樣是不合法的deduction。他玩的是把事實盡量和法律湊。

其實，即使full time exempt也要填timesheet，LZ是partime exempt, 根據他35小時timesheet給他35小時的工資，並不是根據他40－5小時給他40－5小時的工資。

duties test就是早先我們談的executive，professional etc工作頭銜。
