I checked the IRS file you included, this does not seem to fall into any of the categories.
Essentially I paid bill for the bank, the bank paid me back with 1099misc, and now I have to pay tax?
Maybe just a paying-debt situation? Does the bank have any other option to pay me?

Any further comments?
