You'll be fine, my friend. I lost more you did before, and it hurts but get over it.

The stock market is risky, its just a different kind of gambling. Whenever you want to play , you have to be ready to take the loss.

Dont trust anybody but yourself on the money issue. I do all my finance, investment, and retirement myself. No any advisor, brocker or friend.

Thanksgiving is coming, go somewhere to enjoy the holiday. Go back to work after and enjoy your life. If I were you, I would not sue this friend, since its wont bring anything back but more trouble.
