老實講看了您的帖子，老貓心中十分難過，隻有一句，為什麼中國人如此不爭氣。老是欺侮自己人‧
你說你的前夫很有錢，且他擁有監護權...老貓不懂得是為什麼你的律師會輕易讓法院會將"你的"房產判歸給你的前夫，同時要你付child support 又容許你的前夫不準你探視你的子女，任何有經驗的律師都應該不會這樣笨，照理說如果你的前夫如此蠻橫，你一般可以向法院要求court order 強製執行這項探視的權利，甚至你可以以此來繼續爭取子女的監護權，
所以老貓實在不能了解你的問題怎麼會如此複雜，除非你鐵中所言並不代表全部的事實 ? 同時,單純因為change 開庭日期可以輸了case，實在是有一點離譜，所以老貓在此隻有一個問題

如果不是，那麼這中間實在有很多很不合理，必要時你可以向當地的state bar association 提出申訴。
(2)$40,000的律師費是有點嚇人，然而跟據您的帖子從2002年七月纏訟至今，如果你有事沒事就去找你的律師"聊天"那麼確實有可能這樣高，否則真的很離譜

(3)老實說，看完您的帖子，老貓真正想進一句忠言給您，您實在應該考慮加強您英文寫作的能力，如果您未來要在美國長住，甚至教育您的子女，您一定須要加強您的英文寫作能力，在這裡能聽，能寫，能講一口流利的英文，絕對可以減少被老外欺壓的機會，同時如果您能利用時機，和您的孩子一起學習英文，這是一種非常好的增進親子關係的方式. 這是老貓肺腑之言，不要以為老貓在貶低您，最後祝您感恩節愉快 !
