What a misery! It's strange why she doesn't want you leave the home.

Here are just some random thoughts. You need to find a lawyer to get accurate suggestions.

1. try to record and video tape what she said and did.
2. do no touch her during the conflict, though she might make you hurt (this is very very important)
3. if you leave home first, she left second, she should be arrested, not you. But make sure you have the evidence that she is the last one with the child. But I don't understand why you guys have this problem. Can you take your boy with you when you go out?
4. Mental abuse is also part of domestic violence. If she hits you (physical abuse), make sure you have the evidence. The question is, do you dare to call police in that situation?
5. You still can file divorce. If she doesn't agree, you guys can go to trial. But make sure you understand the property division, child custody, and spouse/child support issues.
