回複：夫妻吵架拿到TICKET去法院算arrest嗎？

如果當時警察並沒有向你們宣讀你們的權利 (包括你們有權保持殲默 ，你們有權請律師等等,英文叫Miranda Rights)就不算是逮捕(arrest),基本上警員當時隻是給你們一張罰單(英文叫citation)所以您的情況並不算是逮捕，這種情況和你被警察開一張交通罰單是相類似的情況，通常是腳罰金了事，向您的情況因為並非"故意"製造噪音擾人清靜，所以檢方也無意追究
(drop case了事)
您大可不需要擔心，不過若是實在不安，您可向當地移民局local office 查詢，您應可得到妥善的答覆

1. You have the right to remain silent and refuse to answer questions. Do you understand?
2. Anything you do say may be used against you in a court of law. Do you understand?
