你不輸，他沒法收費？

如果我是你，我會向我的保險公司詢問這種行為的處理，可能發生的情況，我心裏預先有計劃；我自己去問GEIGO，我有保險，如果責任在我，她為什麽不向我的保險公司claim？她也許撒謊你根本沒有保險。

你跟律師說話，不耽誤時間麽？這麽雲裏霧裏的，比自己扯皮還累。
