The dealer wrote down : guarantee on the inspection pass at the botton of the sales receipt.

Suggestion:
Since you have this as an evidence, you can go to the dealership to let them do what they promised. Talk to the dealer's manager. Also get ready to sue them.

I don't think lying or abusing is good for you.
