read the police report carefully, usually it included a schetch of the relative location of cars involved.
the key point is whether you have the right of way. you should have it since you drived straight in the line while the lady's car hit your car. unfortunately, you have not collision coverage, your insurance company will doo nothing for you neither in this despute nor for the repair fees. the other insurrance company always does not pay for anythings if their client denied. you may need legal advice or try to file a small claim against the lady in court if the damage is less than $3,500 which may be varies and denpeded to regional court. take care. lucky you only suffered property damage not your body.
