They are not supposed to call you. You are a witness in a criminal case, they are commmitting another crime, witness tampering. Talk to their lawyer and tell him/her to tell them to stop. Otherwise thespouse or family member WILL BE arrested for witness tampering.

This is not China, stop being a Chinese who usually sacrifice justice for "harmony".  This is how a good society works, catch the bad acts and punish them.
