再次申明一下，我是法盲。我的agent 說應該讓對方簽合約並留下deposit萬一在那兩個月期間他把房子弄壞了。

可是對方不願意留deposit. 所以買賣不成了。賣方現在要keep earnest money， 我的agent 說可以通過determination of agreement 把錢要回來。
