帶媽媽去加勒比cruise的回美入關問題

準備帶媽媽坐去加勒比的cruise。媽媽的multi-entry 的visa已經過期，I-94仍然有效。請問可以出境旅遊嗎？有效的I-94可以確保回美沒問題嗎？謝謝。
