"Chicago has this b*shit local laws about pedestrian priority." How is this law "b*shit"?

The location of the violation (fail to yield) and location of the ticket (stopped you 55 yards away) have little to do with each other. We care about where the crime was committed, more than where the criminal was caught. I am interested in hearing why you think location of the ticket is important.

Regardless the location of the ticket, did you actually yield to pedestrian? What does the ticket say? If you failed to yield, you were guilty. I don't understand how google map can help.

Cop's testimony (Hispanic or not) is enough to convict. No law says there has to be video tape.
