I spent around 6 mo to prepare for the patent bar exam. You may need less time since I had to deal with law school course studies at the same time. I didn't attend any review course but used the materials for the PRG's review course. Those questions which were tested in prior exams are the most important materials. Kayton's treatise is also very helpful (all included in the review course material). Since I took the last paper-version test, I have no idea how the new computerized exam looks like. Sorry about that.
