Where was your hu*****and arrested? was it your current attorney who handled the criminal case?

First of all, CIS just requested more evidence on your case. If you were trying to get green card through your hu*****and who is a US citizen, whether he was arrested or had a criminal record is not that important. I guess that the certified disposition and a letter from your attorney should clear the doubt on their mind.
