美國和加拿大現在沒有駕駛記錄協議

但是美國４5個州加入了美國的NRVA http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-Resident_Violator_Compact

"All states plus the District of Columbia are members except Michigan, Wisconsin, California,Oregon, and Alaska"

這意味如果你不付NV的罰單，NV將拒絕允許你的駕駛執照在NV境內開車，這個記錄傳到NRVA，美國４５個州都會禁止你開車。你還是可以用你的駕照租車上飛機，但是如果在４５個州（和DC）境內開車違反規則，警察抓到你就是無照開車。
