Ask for more from him. Get the majority. Count your kids tuition fee, your supporting fee, and your kids supporting fee from him (deduct from his salary directly, and mail to you or deposit to your account). For example, you should get half of his 401K, and his stock, etc. Then you count these into your house, and keep your house to you, and actually don't take his 401k, and his stock.
