而且我一再強調：如果警方要采取任何行動的話，我不允許他們拍照，留紀錄。
警方也答應了，還讓我當場寫下“I would not press charges against my BF."

I dont' think police mislead you in any ways. They don't have to
take pictures to press charges on your BF. They do have the right
to charge your BF themself based on the nurse's records. You can
not dismiss the charge since it was not filed by you. Your BF does
need a lesson.
