I-140批了,老公要離婚

我是H-1, 結婚2年.老公的I-140批了,我倆的485也遞上2年了. 現在老公出軌要離婚(received the summon from the court),我要是簽了離婚書,那綠卡是不是也沒了? 男方收入比女方多，需要付生活費給女方嗎？我們不在同-個州,分居/離婚如何辦理? 有誰明白的給個信兒,我也好做個準備.
