If you lose you mean you lost custody of the child to the state of Massachusette, then no, MA would become legal guardian of the child, and anything you do with the child has to be approved by the state.  Your only option would be go back to China and never come back. 

Remember most people the social worker visits are poor people with broken families, your home probably is the best place they've seen for a long while.
