如果當事人在加州,這個控罪是重罪控罪. 所以問題不會如您所說這麼簡單,老貓過去在 DC 處理過這一類的問題,基本上一旦罪名成立,問題真的很麻煩.

273.5.  (a) Any person who willfully inflicts corporal injury
resulting in a traumatic condition upon a victim described in
