上法庭要先弄懂他們的標準是什麽

你說了半天，沒有說到要點，而且太情緒化，而不是靠事實。安省的孩子的最佳利益有以下因素：你說每一句話，目的不是＂讓他們知道真相＂，而是就每一個因素舉征。

 

打孩子這件事已經過去了，現在CAS要決定的不是你有沒有打孩子，或者誰製造陷阱，而是根據這些因素來決定倒底哪個父母應該撫養孩子。你不要答非所問。

 

舉證，就是人證，物證。找親戚朋友老師為你說情，物證就是你的經濟能力，養孩子的曆史等等。你打孩子的事情不要去糾纏，強調你的優點，盡量自己不去提自己的缺點。這麽多證據需要搜集，你還嫌程序慢？有時間多找一些人來給你做證吧。
