If you have left the country, there is no possible way the plaintiff can serve the process (summons and complaint/notice) on you. The court where the law suit is commenced cannot acquire personal jurisdiciton over you. No service, no jurisdiction, no judgment against you. Even if the court decrees a default judgment based on your non-appearance, it is invalid.
