回複：急！車禍撞上無賴

Getting involved in an auto collision, it is always very stresssful to deal with. Especially when you are not at fault, other party lies and twisted the truth, it can be tulmultuous.  However, don't you worry about this.  It is bad luck that you got invoved with low life scam bag jerks but you should be able to sort things out and set the record straight with your insurance company. Insurance companies deal such cases daily, they are very experienced in all situations.  Just write your case clearly, concisely to your insurance, and provide pictures of the damaged cars, positions, etc (yours and the other party's car) at the scene.  I wish you took some pictures or video clip when acciden happened or record some voice memo at the time.  If not, you can still explain well.  

If you have issues with your insurance company, you should hire a lawyer.  

My girlfriend had an accident, her car was rear-ended, however, due to the force, her car turned 180 degree immediately when hit, then other party lied about the whole situation. Police got on scene later, issued my girlfriend a traffic ticket. It was wrong though. She hired a lawyer, she was able to have the ticket removed. Then the other party started to claim personal injury. It was all lies and bullshit. My girlfriend will have to deal with that.
