I am very apprecaite your help.  I will transfer your advice to my daughter.  My elder daughter is in Washington DC(I'm in south west US) and drove to Phildelphia to pick up my younger daughter from the police department without a bond.  They have talked with lawers, one for criminal defense who will charge $10,000 and anothe rone for civil case who will charge $5000.  Do you think the price s are reasonable?  From this web site, it looks like for criminal defense is under $5000.
