對方闖紅燈直行，撞到受害者driver side back wheel，driver side airbag all deployed. 對方車報廢。對方撒謊說是過綠燈。
受害人X-ray沒事兒，但有症狀需PT，minor injury。沒證人，沒攝像頭，還告嗎，有勝利機會嗎？
