朋友紐約shoplift 被抓 請推薦律師 還有此事後果 著急！

朋友在紐約shoplift被抓，一共150刀的商品。第一次被arrest， no history record. 今天跟她一起谘詢了幾個律師，曼哈頓律師普遍開價1500， 布魯克林的普遍800刀。說是可以dismiss掉 。 是不是便宜的質量不行，貴的比較好？？？還是便宜的也夠了。。。

律師話可信麽 對找工作 移民什麽有影響嗎  還有，可以推薦criminal lawyer嗎？ 謝謝。
