I've been reading the questions and answers posted by 法居士 and a few others for a very long time now.
I think that everyone has good intentions to help others....so...can you just stop fighting each other and go back to help others' legal problems.
Whenever a legal issue comes up, one asks 10 attorneys, it's very likely that the person is going to get 5 if not 10 different answers. In a place like BBS, there aren't enough facts provided in questions asked in the first place, it is likely that we are going to get a lot of different opinions.
I do think 90% of the answers provided are good ones. Legal profession is supposed to be a courteous profession, can you just be professional to each other and leave out the personal feelings.
I'm just very glad that I'm not in the middle of you guys' mud fight, and I'll remind myself that sometimes good intention is just not enough, so...better just keep my opinions to my clients.
