老貓版主：謝謝您的迅速答複！你說的道理我當然懂。我自己有小孩。所以在有校區閃燈的地方開車很小心。那天是頭一次在那一時間沿那方向路過，學校裏肯定是有孩子的，但我連孩子影子都沒看到就被抓了。當時都沒明白怎麽回事。我現在想要mitigation hearing, then ask the court for a deferral, but am concerned that a speeding ticket in the school zone is not eligible for a deferral(正在學習中）。If deferral is not the option, then going to court to contest the ticket probably will make some sense. 請賜教！
