夏威夷不是community property state，而是equitable distribution （公平分配）state，看雙方能力年齡等因素。


Community property is observed in the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Idaho, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Washington and Wisconsin.
