發這裏問一問：如何為孩子做Trust ? 就是萬一爹媽都去世，留下的錢請朋友親戚管但是是放在孩子名下到18歲。

這事我家拖了很久，就是沒做。新年想認真把這事研究清楚了，做好了。想法就是會請一家信得過的家庭做legal guardian. 所有財產也請他們代管，孩子需要用的錢都從這裏出。但是會放在一個trust裏。直到18歲以後可以轉給孩子名下。

具體如何做就沒譜了。我找到網上有legal forms 可以point guardian, 好像挺簡單。 Trust 怎麽做好像還是不明白。

不是我家錢多。就是普通老中家庭了。就是想以防萬一，對孩子負責而已。誰家做過的能說一下做法嗎?
