收到一封 Legal Notice. 請了解的人幫忙看看。我的情況是三年前用這家公司修水管，是 Association 介紹的，非常貴，因為趕時間就沒找第二家。本來我是自認倒黴，我也不會親自到法院告他們。請教懂法律的人，如果接到這樣的信，我參加集體訴訟，能有補償最好，我應該To Remain a Class Member還是To Be Excluded . 非常感謝所有回複。
Legal Notice 是這樣寫的:
At this time, the Court has not decided whether any of the Plaintiff’s or Defendants’ contentions are correct. There is no money or other relief available now, and no guarantee there will be. However, your legal rights may be affected, and you have a choice to make now:
To Remain a Class Member: You do not need to do anything at this time. You keep the possibility of getting money or benefits that may come from a trial or a settlement. But, you give up any rights to sue Defendants separately about the sale legal claims in this lawsuit. Any judgment, favorable or not, will bind all Class Members who do not request exclusion. You may also personally appear in the action through counsel.
To Be Excluded: Mail signed letter asking to be excluded to….. You will need to provide your full name, .
