I was your hu*****and type. My wife did green card for her parents without letting me know ( She knew I would not agreed ).
I did not get well along with her mother after she moved in.
We ended our 13 years of marriage because of that within 3 years after her mother moved in and we have 3 kids.

I feel that we have generation gap because she was the only daughter of her mother and she never felt to grow up to have her own family.
She always wanted to live with her mother like she was a kid.

From my experience, I can tell you that you would not get remarriged again, if you have kids because man wanted to marry you, not your kids.
As a mother of kids, on one can replace your kids biologlcal father and no one will love your kids as their boilogical father did.

I can predict that if you get divorced, no one will marry you until your kids grow up and not living with you.

So please to choose the option.
