I am closing my apt. today and I am the buyer. Until closing the attorneys for both side found out that the UCC3 was missing and the closing has to be canceled. Nobody can answer when the closing will be for the next time. But I already scheduled to move out by Dec.24 with my current landlord and my landlord has rented my apt. out to the new tenant. I have a little kid and it's very hard for me to move twice and leave me in a very hardship now to find a new place to live. My question is whose responsibility is for this situation? Who will cover my lose due to the closing delay? How can I claim my loss?
是coop, 今天律師才發現有個債權登記還有效,沒被取消掉。 有可能是當時賣家借home equity loan 登記的,但是沒有注銷。 現在coop管理公司不讓過戶。 這個在lien search上都有,但是lien search後雙方律師居然沒有發現,造成了今天被迫取消過戶的事情。下一次過戶時間沒人能確定,但是月底前基本不可能了。
悲催的是我都和房東說好了要月底搬家,房子也被房東租了出去,現在我帶著一個孩子沒有地方去了啊,再租房子的話,broker fee,
還有租金,押金損失要1萬的, 這個責任該誰來負責?
