請問老貓和懂法律的朋友 關於tenant要用租房地址做business地址

他在registering business。他說City要有地址在這個city才可register. 我們準備在他的申請表上簽名。但怕有liability 。所以想加個 authorization letter把liability 免除掉。

請看怎麽寫可以嗎？謝謝。

We, as the owner of the property located at (address), give our permission to the tenant (name) to use the address to meet the requirement for registering business at City of XXX.

This permission is granted only for this registration procedure. This permission is effective only if the tenant has all necessary insurance for business liability.We assume neither responsibility nor liability for the business. The tenant must agree to assume any possible liability for using the permission and must purchase necessary insurance for business liability.
