It is a small lot. But there is no way for trees

to affect his houses' 地基. The trees are in back yard and his house is on my right side. He left two of my evergreen trees alone which are bigger and closer to property line than the trees cut. Anyway, thanks for all inputs. If it takes to go to court to get this settled, I am ok with it.
