Jury問題請教

我是全職媽媽，最小的孩子6歲上一年級，時間是8：00am--3：00pm,
最近收到要求做Jury的信。
我這情況可不可以Exemptions from Jury service裏的這條：

You have legal custody of a child or children younger than 12 years of age and service on jury would require leaving
the child or children without adequate supervision.
