老貓或其他懂法律的人士,這個問題無解嗎?

這是以前Lease的條款
AUTOMATIC　ＲＥＮＥＷＡＬ　ＯＦ　ＬＥＡＳＥ： The residensy created under this Lease shall continue for a like term after its expiration, subject to same terms and conditions set forth herein. If the Managing Agent or the Resident decides not to renew this Lease, written notice of at least 90 days prior to the expiration date of the existing lease term, is required. If the Managing Agent mails a notice to the Resident of its intent to change the terms and conditions of this Lease, the Resident shall be conclusively deemed to have renewed said residency as stated in the written notice unless Resident gives to the contrary in writing, by Certified Mail-Return Receipt Requested, within ten (10) days, of the mailing of the Managing Agent's notice.
我最近的兩個Lease，　其中一個是 1year term (10/1/2011-9/30/2012), 但後來在２０１２年四月他們又讓我簽了一份因為要把我女兒的名字加上,所以Lease term 是　5 months (5/1/2012-9/30/2012).在這之後沒有簽過lease.這可能是他們工作的疏忽或真像他們所說如果lease 沒有改變,就不用再簽.
