在Walmart不小心用Shopping Car 撞到別人, 該怎麽辦?

請問老貓和知情的朋友:

 在Walmart不小心用Shopping Cart 撞到別人, 該怎麽辦? 撞擊的位置大概在腳後跟稍微靠上的位置.  當時對方在前麵走, 然後停下了, 但我沒有注意到他停住. 推車的勁比較大. 對方要了電話號碼, 然後走了.

如果對方打電話過來, 應該怎樣回複? 需要請律師嗎? 不知道保險管不管這?
