車禍發生在2011年6月26日，對方（酒駕）全責。2011年6月27日file claim，現正在和保險公司談最後的理賠金額。
今天收到一封保險公司的信如下：

This letter will serve to confirm，the statute of limitations expired on 6/26/2013. Please provide documentation the statute of limitations was tolled.If you the statute of limitations was not tolled, the bodily injury claimes presented are barred from recovery.

We await the documentations to support the statute was tolled.

請幫忙解釋下信的意思，我們需要提供什麽documentation？
