請教一下租房中Lead Disclosure的問題

如果隻出租一棟房子裏的一間房，是不是可以不簽
lead disclosure form?

法律寫的“Single rooms rented in a larger residential building”
“not covered by the lead disclosure laws”是不是就是這個意思？
