其實，我一直是個很誠實的人，說不實的話自己都覺得不舒坦。然而事實是，就我前一份offer而言，雇主並不會因為我的如實相告而理解我，他們隻在乎是否有record，不想去了解這record背後的實際情況。當時我試圖向雇主解釋，他們直接了當就說：our decision is final.
按照法官issue的expungement grant: the petitioner from and after this point may, refuse to re-sight or acknowledge his arrest in response to  any inquiry made of him for any purpose. 因此，我認為我say NO是合法的。同時，基於前一段所述，我覺得say No也是合理的。
