謝謝您的回複。事實上，根據法庭grant的expungment order: 除了non-public的record(保存在州裏專門機構中，隻能由執法機構必要時獲取）之外，所有的其它official records，包括arrest, detention, information, trial and disposition within any Court, detention or correctional facility, law enforcement agency, criminal justice agency or Department of Public Safty, shall be and are by this order sealed.
所以說，實際上，一般的背景調查是已經查不到的。並且，我本人到court clerk去查過，已經查不到了。而此前是可以查到的我當時還複印了dismissal的文件。前一份工作offer的背景調查就是從court clerk查到我的記錄的。
