回複：請教簽了Contractor的合同如果又不去了，會有什麽麻煩嗎？

嗬嗬，到底是法律谘詢論壇，發表的意見都更加謹慎，讓我也需要慎重思考。

又看了一下合同，好像是屬於Employment At-Will那種。
覺得就是簽了也可以不去，或是即使去了，也可以馬上走人？沒辦法，誰叫這裏的雇主裁起員來也是毫無人情
可言呢。


從offer letter看來的
At-Will Employment:  Your employment with XXXX is “at-will,” and
your employment or any Project Assignment may be terminated any time with or
without cause or notice by either you or XXXX. As of now your
assignment is tentatively scheduled till xx/xx/2013 plus possible extension
as requested by the Client. We will appreciate and expect that you will
provide us wi

th at least two weeks advance notice of your intent to resign,
or you may be considered to be ineligible for rehire and any reference may
reflect that you did not leave in good standing.


從Non-Solicitation Agreement看來的

Employment At-Will.  I understand that my employment with the Company is “
at-will,” which means that either I or the Company may terminate it at any
time with or without cause or notice; and that this Agreement does not
create any express or implied obligation on the Company or any Client to
continue my employment.
