回複:請教簽了Contractor的合同如果又不去了,會有什麽麻煩嗎?

Don't do it if you do not understand. Without seeing the actual contract, it is almost impossible to answer your question. Typically, if you sign a contract, you must abide by its terms. If you repudiate, that is, signing the contract but not showing up, and if the contract permits, the employer can hire someone else but hold you liable for the price difference, plus any consequential damage and incidental damage. Consequential damage is fact based so it is hard to say one way or the other, but you can generally imagine that if due your action the project got delayed, which is reasonably foreseeable to you at the time of contracting, you could be liable for any damage as consequence of the delay. Incidental damage includes job posting, interview expenses, etc.

In addition, you could also be liable for damages your agent incurred, depending on the fact.
