Usually $50 tp $100 plus real cost (state charge and document and seal). State may charge from $250 to $1000 depend business format. So the lawyer or CPA charge is not major part.

I usually do not ask somebody doing something for free. The reason is if you do not pay, he/she has no liability to do it right. But if you pay, it is a business, if the CPS/lawyer did it wrong, you can get what ever you loss pack. Any services man/woman charge you not only for time/labor, but the libility to DO IT RIGHT.
