I think this very likely is a misunderstanding.  You can ask to talk to the person and HR together.  If possible, find another Chinese co-worker who can testify that "na4 ge" is a very commonly used word.  Remember, when talking to them, talk slow and calmly.  No matter what they say, do not yell.
