謝謝老貓回答我昨天的問題，更多細節和update，請幫我seek more options

男孩用手 held a sharp pencil on a school bus seat. 我兒子沒看見坐上去， 導致血流不止. 學校護士幫忙也無法止住，學校叫了911 並送我兒子去了emergency room。我兒子被縫了幾針。警察也被學校叫來並file police report。 學校也file了accident report ， 有幾個學生也作證了（都在report裏）。男孩承認是有意所為， 是a bad prank。 學校也給男孩suspension了。

We got around $3500 bill now. The school wanted us to settle the bill with the boy’s parents。男孩是印度人，家長說以前是開洗衣店的， 現在生意不好關店了，父母目前都沒收入。他們開始說家裏沒錢不付，我們說告他， 他們又說沒錢隻能一個·月付￥50 -￥100 。我們怕他們付幾個月就不付了，永遠扯不清。。。

我們對告他也沒興趣，隻想把錢要回來。。還有什麽其他的辦法要錢嗎？ 學校，校車， file lien against the house？

請幫我們想想， 開闊一下思路。。
